Please note I was sent product samples in exchange for this blog post. All photos and opinions are my own.
I recently had the pleasure of sampling some of Nobletree Coffee and what I discovered was a true crop to cup experience. Nobletree prides themselves on sourcing beans from quality farms in Brazil and then roasting them to perfection in Brooklyn, NY.
I sampled the Santa Izabel Reserve which placed 17th in the 2020 BSCA International Cup of Excellence, and also won 1st place for aroma. This contest receives thousands of entries.
I sampled both the Medium roast and dark roast of this variety and found this coffee to have notes of plum, honey and red wine. It truly does have an amazing aroma that fills the kitchen. For this lot the beans were harvested by hand to ensure maximum ripeness. The coffee is roasted in small batch to ensure consistent flavor.
You can purchase Nobletree coffee on their website or from Amazon and they do offer a subscription service. They have a variety of beans and roasts to choose from. And, Nobletree does have a Rainforest Alliance Certification.
Thanks again to Nobletree coffee for providing me with samples of their coffee for this blog post.
