Christmas Cookie Jar Cookbook Giveaway

Nothing taste better than dipping a cookie into a hot steaming cup of coffee.  Whether that cookie is hard or chewy, has sprinkles or frosting, round or star shaped.... you dunk a cookie and the coffee just taste better.
When I was flipping through the new Gooseberry Patch Christmas Cookie Jar Cookbook (with photos) I couldn't help but think about how each cookie recipe would taste... dunked in my coffee. But then I saw a couple of recipes that called for coffee as an ingredient.  Right there and then I was sold on this cookbook.  Not only does it contain cookie recipes, but candy, drink and various other dessert recipes all perfect for Christmastime.  The coffee drinker in me couldn't wait to go brew up a fresh pot of coffee and drink some while I also used some in a couple new tasty treats.

So without further ado I'm going to share 3 recipes from this cookbook and host a giveaway so one lucky reader can add this book to their collection just in time for the holidays.

Thanks again to Gooseberry Patch for allowing me to review this cookbook and give one away.  To enter the giveaway simply click on the rafflecopter widget below.  Contest will run from December 8-December 22nd.  Winner must be a US resident and will be notified via e-mail.  Winner will have 48 hours to claim prize or risk forfeit.

My favorite cookie would have to be pizzelles.

I don't have the patience to sit still long enough to make them, but my husband will make them. It is sure an act of love on his part!
