Sometimes in the summer months you just need a cool and refreshing wrap for a meal. No body wants to eat a hot an heavy meal on a humid summer day. So here is a wrap that's easy to make and will definitely tickle your taste buds with the combination of Mangoes and soy sauce. So without further ado here is a recipe for Mango Chicken Salad Wrap.
1/2 cup chopped, cooked, chicken breast
3 T. Mango Preserves
1 tsp. dried onion flakes
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. low fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 Flour Tortillas
2 Lettuce Leaves
1.) Combine chicken, preserves, onion flakes, soy sauce, mayonnaise, and celery in medium sized bowl.
2. Chill in refrigerator for at least one hour.
3. Lay tortillas out flat and lay a lettuce leaf on top of each one.
4. Add half of the chicken mixture to each tortilla.
5. Roll up totilla and serve.
