1 lb. chicken breast
8 oz. can pineapple chunks
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup couscous, uncooked
1. Place chicken in a greased slow cooker.
2. Add pineapple with juice, pepper flakes, onion powder, brown sugar and soy sauce.
3. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
4. 30 minutes before serving, prepare couscous as directed on package.
