Ingredients: 1 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup butter, softened, 2 cups brown sugar, 3 eggs, beaten, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 cup all purpose flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 cup dried cranberries, 1/2 cup white chocolate chips.
Directions: In a large bowl, blend together peanut butter and butter. Beat in brown sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Blend in flour and salt and cranberries. Spread into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with white chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
