Sometimes the easiest meals taste the best and that is definitely the case with this simple Mexican recipe made in the crock pot with just a couple of ingredients..... 4 to be exact. Simply throw three of these items in the crock pot, plug it in, turn it on and you'll come home to a warm and tasty meal. Break out the chips and guacamole because here's my recipe for All Day Salsa Chicken.
Ingredients: 4 chicken breast, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 cup salsa, some shredded cheese (like cheddar or Colby jack or whatever you like).
Directions: Mix cream of chicken soup and salsa together. Place chicken in a greased crock pot. Pour salsa mixture on top. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. When ready to eat sprinkle with shredded cheese.
