Ingredients: 2-4 Pork chops, 1 tsp. sage, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1 clove garlic, 1/2 cup water.
Directions: Mix sage, salt, pepper and garlic together and press into pork chops. Place water in crock pot and add chops. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
In the last hour of cooking brush this glaze on your chops While still in the crock pot 2-3 times.
Glaze Ingredients: 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 T. cornstarch, 3 T. Balsamic Vinegar, 1/2 cup water, 2 T. soy sauce. Combine ingredients in saucepan on stove.
If you have any glaze left over (after brushing it on during that last hour of cooking) you can brush the last of it on before serving.

Your Brown Sugar and Balsamic Glaze sounds delicious. I really love the combination of those two flavours. I used to glaze pork chops with butter and brown sugar years ago but this is much more delicious (and healthier!)
