Hawaiian Bruschetta Bread Appetizer

I was thinking about a recipe for this month's Iron Chef Challenge and with the Super Bowl right around the corner I thought: Why not do an appetizer?!?!? So I set out and created this recipe on my own taste from what I thought would taste good with this sweet tasting Hawaiian bread. I love a hawaiian pizza so I thought why not incorporate some of those flavors and I came up with a Hawaiian Bruschetta Bread and here is how I made it.
I started with the round loaf of King's Hawaiian Bread.
And I took a knife a scored it.  I made sure not to cute through the bread, just cut it about 3/4's of the way down.

I then took my ingredients and stuffed them individually, one at a time in the cuts of the bread.  I placed them in a pattern of every other one, this way the ingredients were spread evenly thoughout the bread and I ended using all the cuts and all the ingredients. 
Here are the ingredients I used in the cuts:
4 thick slices of Honey ham, cut into bite sized chunks
1 can of sliced pineapple chunks drained
1 large tomato sliced (or you could use a can of diced tomatoes)
20+ slices of Mozzarella cheese cut off a block of cheese.

Then I sprinked some bacon bits, basil and oregano on top, but made sure some of it got down in the cuts.
I then wrapped the bread completely in foil and placed it on a baking tray in the oven.  You can either bake the bread for 10 minutes at 425 degrees.  Or if you want more of a toasty bread you can place it under your broiler for just a couple of minutes.  (Keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn.)
As you can see I went for the toasty method and used the broiler.  Once it's done, simply unwrap your bread cut and serve.  All the cheese should be melted nice and warm.

Wow, I wish it wasn't the 27th! If I had my car I'd run out and shop and do something, but alas I don't, so blaaaah. Following now though so I can keep up, great idea with the challenges!
