Ingredients: 1/2 cup chopped onions, 3 T. parsley flakes, 2 cloves garlic, 5 cups beef broth, 1 can diced tomatoes & zucchini, 1 can tomato sauce, 1 cup sliced carrots, 2 tsp. basil, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1 lb. ground beef browned, 1 cup green beans, 1 can kidney beans, 1 can garbanzo beans,1 cup pasta, 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
Directions: Place all ingredients except for the cheese in crock pot. Stir and cover; cook on high for 4 hours (or low for 6-8 hours). Serve and top with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
This recipe made for a tasty soup that was great to come home to on a cold winter day.
