Ingredients: 2 cups chicken (cubed and cooked), 2 cups shredded mozzarella (divided), 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, 1 cup chopped spinach, 1 can of artichoke hearts (drained), I can of diced tomatoes (drained), 2 tsp. Basil, 2 tsp. Oregano, 1 tsp. Garlic Powder, 2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, 1/2 cup milk, 12 lasagna noodles (cooked).
Directions: Mix chicken, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese, tomatoes, artichokes and spinach in a dish.
In a separate bowl mix cream cheese and milk together until smooth. Add basil, oregano and garlic powder.
Spread enough of the cream cheese mixture into a 9 X 13 baking pan to just cover the bottom. The place a layer of noodles, with a layer of chicken mixture on top and a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top. Continue layering until all ingredients are used. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

That looks SO incredibly yummy!!!! Oh and BTW artichokes are good for your liver. When I crave them I do a little herbal liver support and it goes away. I still eat them tho because I LOVE them!
WOW! I assume you do not use the marinated ones, but have you tried it with them or just plain? I will be making this close to Christmas for a pop in the oven meal! Thank you!
