To start I use my food processor to finely chop up 1 green pepper.
Then I chop up 1/2 onion.
And 1 1/2 cups of chopped celery.
over and cook for 10 minutes.
Next I use a funnel and ladle the sauce into my hot sterilized jars; leaving 1 inch headspace at the top.
