Ott, E surprised me one evening by making Salmon burgers and fixing them on the grill. I was really impressed that he found a recipe, bought the ingredients and grilled up these tasty burgers all on his own. He said they were easy to make and I can admit that they tasted great with a little bit of BBQ sauce on top.
To start with Ott, E mixed together a package (7.5 oz) of flaked Salmon, 1 T. mayonnaise, 1 tsp. olive oil, a dash of salt & pepper. He formed this mixture into two patties.
He placed these patties on a piece of aluminum foil on the grill and placed the buns directly on the grill. And cooked until both started to brown a little.
If I had to improve this anymore I would have added a lettuce and tomato. But, overall, it was a nice change to your normal summertime burger on the grill.
