Iron Chef Challenge Sponsor: King Arthur Flour

Besides the fact that King Arthur Flour has a high quality product that is great for baking with, one of the reasons I was so excited to have them be apart of the Iron Chef Challenge is that they work closely with the farmers who produce the wheat they use. King Arthur Flour has two video clips that show how dedicated and hard working the farmers are who grow the quality of wheat it takes to make flour. These videos are really great to learn more about how farmers care for their crop and the land. There are also some great pictures of harvesting wheat.

The first video is entitled "In the Field with Our Farmers."

The 2nd Video is about milling grain and the process wheat goes through from the field to your grocery store shelves.

For over 200 years King Arthur Flour has been milling flour with bakers in mind. Their website offers some great recipes and additional information on their products. You can also check them out on Facebook and Twitter as well.

Be sure to check out all the great recipes that have linked up to this month's Iron Chef Challenge, or if you use King Arthur Flour Link up one of your own recipes that feature it!

Please note these videos came off the King Arthur Flour Website;
