PhotobucketThis month's Iron Chef Challenge will feature Milk in honor of June being National Dairy Month. Whether you making your own ice cream, or baking up a tasty desert Milk is a staple in just about everyone refrigerator.

I am really excited to announce the sponsors for this months Iron Chef Challenge is Dean Foods & Kelsay Farms'. Dean Foods is the country's largest processor and distributor of dairy products. Though the specific Deans brand name resonates in the Midwest, they are associated with several other brands such as Land O'Lake, Gandy's and Broughton to name a few. (You can check out their website to see what brands are on your area.)

Kelsay Farms is a 6th generation Dairy Farm located in Central Indiana.  The milk from their farm goes directly to Deans Food where it is bottled up before going to area grocery stores, schools and restaurants.  You can learn more about Kelsay Farms on their website, or follow them on facebook and twitter @KelsayFarms.  Kelsay Farms is also home to two of the Real Farmwives of America, Liz and Amy, the bloggers over at 2 Maids a Milking.  Liz & Amy weekly give you a behind the scene look at life on their Dairy Farm, as well as recipes and tips on raising kids.

Cool beans! Can't wait! I;m looking through my recipes right now. Will have to use milk or can it be a milk product like sour cream or cheese?
