Start by washing off your rhubarb and chopping it up into bite size pieces.
Next follow this recipe for the batter and topping. (You can click on it and print it off to keep for yourself.)
Spoon batter into greased muffin tins and then sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.Serve and enjoy!
