Ott, A's Your Shape: Fitness Evolved Give-a-way!!!!

I'm so excited to announce that I have a "Your Shape: Fitness Evolved" Workout game for Xbox 360 Kinect to give-a-way on my blog this week!!!

So Ott, E and I got a Kinect for pur XBox 360 for Christmas this year and we enjoy playing several of the games.  We've even had Kinect parties at our house we like it (and so did our guesst) so much.  So I was a little hesitant getting a work out "game" for our Kinect.  But after using the Your Shape: Fitness Evolved by UbiSoft I was hooked and have to admit it's more like a game, but still a workout so it makes it fun and easy to workout in the comfort of my own living room.

Your Shape: Fitness Evolved can be formatted to your specific body type and weight and then guides you through a fun work out which keeps track of the calories you burn along the way.  There are personal workouts as well as cardio boxing and yoga programs for you to do.  There are even workout games for you to hoola hoop, and play a game like simon with your feet.

Here's a video of me doing the cardio boxing.  On the screen you see the instructor on the right and my character is in blue on the right.

The other aspect I really like about this game is that it keeps track of all the calories you burn.  That's nice to know for those days when I eat an extra cookie to know how much harder I need to work out to burn it off.  

I even caught Ott, E working out to the game as well.
