Mix all the ingredients (except for the walnuts)
Pour out onto plastic wrap and roll into ball. Place in the refridgerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Then take out of refridgerator and unwrap. Roll in chopped walnuts and serve. This works best if it sits out at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers and your guest will be in for a real treat.

Okay. I'm a total sucker for cheeseballs of any type! I just hang out by the plate...me and my crackers...content as can be. This sounds wonderful! Thanks for sharing it w/ the hearth and soul hop this week!!
...and yes, I'm working on my Duck!
mmm, this does sound good! I think the flavors sound so good!
Yum--and I always love your little recipe cards. So easy to print and file!
This sounds very good, it has a savory element along with the sweet of the cranberries. Thanks.
This looks so good!
I'll have to put it in my file... I'm sworn off nuts until these braces come off. (which, at this point, may or may not be before I die!)
oh yum - this sounds delicious! I'm always looking for new appetizer ideas - I will have to give this a try. Thanks so much for linking up to Tasty Tuesdays!
