This will be our last edition of "I canned a whole lOTT, now I'm baking in my Bistro" for awhile. With the holidays approaching we know everyone will be busy soon with lots of different activities, so we will take a break to focus on that. But for this week I bring you a recipe for something that utilizes the potatoes and carotts I canned.
