I found this new recipe for a Carmel Apple Jam. It sounded good, so I thought I would give it a try. (I still have lots of apples to work with.) And I have to tell you;
It taste sooooo good!
I've been putting it on toast while Ott, E has been putting some in his oatmeal each morning. It's very easy to make and of course I canned it. (10 minutes using the hot water method.)
Here's the recipe for how I made it on a recipe card which you can print out and use.

Looks Yum! I have the last of our apples off the tree and in the garage, but I need to do something with them soon!!!!
MMM...that sounds so good. I'm hoping to venture into canning next year, so perhaps I'll try this out!
My son just told me caramel and apples together are a favorite of his. It sounds fabulous. I'm going to share this recipe with my grandma who provides me with a year round supply of jam! She'll read your blog...but never comment. :) Thanks for sharing.

That sounds really good!!!
Yum! I haven't had time to make my usual quota of jam. This looks delicious. Sounds like a better choice than cinnamon toast. Thanks for sharing.

I must admit I am not much of an apple friend except for just eating an apple, but I love to dip them in carmel dip and this recipe sounds delicious. Thanks for sharing.
If I hadn't just used up my bag of apples to make a cardomom apple cake and an apple betty, this would've been next on my list!
