To start with I made a graham cracker crust for the bottom of my cupcake liners. I took 4 graham cracker and crumbled them up and then added 2 Tablespoons of melted butter; stirred and then packed into the bottom of my cupcake liners with a spoon.
Next I stirred up my chocolate cake mix and poured that on top of the graham cracker crust.
I then sprinkled chocolate chips on top of the batter and baked them.
Once they had cooled I mixed up a frosting of 50% marshmallow cream and 50% white frosting (from a can). After the cupcakes were iced I drizzled chocolate on top (mostly to make it look cute)
Then I topped them with a marshmallow and torched it to give it that roasted look. I must say the taste of the toasted marshmallow was probably the best part.
Overall, it was a pretty quick and easy way to dress up a cupcake.
