First up are pictures of the two cow (female) moose we saw in two different locations.
These are some Dall Sheep that live up in the mountains between 3,000 and 6,000 feet in elevation.
Here is a red fox.
Next we saw a wolf and have some great video of it that I will try to upload later in the week.
We saw lots of Caribou so here are a few of the better shots.
This cute little guy is an Arctic squirrel.
And, I saved the best for last. The bears!!!!! We saw a total of 5 bears. This first picture is a mama Grizzly bear and two cubs. The first cub is just to her right and is black in color. The second is further over to the left.(its a little hard to see) Cubs stay with their mother for 3 years.
Below the bear in walking in a creek.
Here is her grey cub that was harder to see in the first picture.
We were walking on a trail and there was a sign posted warning us of a bear in the area.
As you can see the Park Ranger cleared the area and the bear is just up and to his right in this picture.
I also took pictures of some lovely wildflowers. It was so amazing to be there and see these beautiful creatures in real life. By far Denali was the highlight of our trip!!!
