hOTT off the grill: three-potato salad

Ott, E and I harvest our potatoes this past weekend.  And boy do we ever have a lot of them.  We planted both red potatoes and yellow potatoes.  So I fixed this great recipe for 3 different kids of potatoes (red, yellow and sweet) on the grill, and it was really tasty.  Here is one of my handy recipe cards for you to click on, print off and can make this yummy dish at your next cookout.

My niece and nephews used to love digging potatoes! They couldn't believes that all those potatoes were under just one plant! Fun Times!

You reminded me of the year (when I was in high school) my parents decided to plant about a 1/4-acre of potatoes. And, since I was at home all day babysitting my sister: Guess who got to dig them with a 3-year-old and red wagon in tow??
To THIS DAY I've refused to plant anything I can get at the grocery store for 15 cents a pound!!
However, that doesn't mean I don't EAT them! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

I love potatoes, but hate digging for them for sure! Congrats on your plentiful bounty! The potatoes look and sound delicious! I love that you do them on the grill...grilling is my favorite way to cook!

This looks delish! Especially with the grill - I bet it adds a wonderful flavor. But you have my curiosity up... I did not know you could can potatoes. I can't wait for canning week! (I made lemon jelly this week and plan to post it then).

what a great idea to mix potatoes. They look really yummy grilled! I'd love to plant potatoes one of these days. How wonderful that you get to harvest your own. Happy weekending!
